TORONTO NOTES 2016
Toronto Notes is a concise and comprehensive medical review revised annually by the University of Toronto student contributors under the guidance of the Faculty of Medicine. For 32 years, Toronto Notes has been a premier study resource for the Canadian MCCQE and USMLE Step II medical licensing exams. This edition provides concise and comprehensive information on the objectives covered by these exams, including the most recent best practice guidelines and up-to-date trials for clinical practice. Toronto Notes is an excellent resource for clinical rotations and this text contains 30 subject-specific chapters
Differing from the 2015 version, the goal of the new 2016 cover was to play upon the traditional depiction of medicine. I meant for the cover design to not only signify 'medicine' but also play upon its visuality. Checking the radial pulse is not only a foundational skill; in American Sign Language, this is the gesture for the word "doctor". This edition of Toronto Notes (as well as Essential Med Notes) is available in print as well as the colourized digital e-book.
